Köckerling Vario
The Köckerling Vario is a versatile cultivator designed for optimal straw distribution and soil mixing, ensuring stable yields when mulch sowing. Available in 3–7.5 m working widths with a 3 m transport width, it features easy-shift hydraulic parallel depth adjustment, a 2-point lower linkage drawbar, and large front depth wheels.
Equipped with 23–57 sprung-loaded tines (150 mm × 16 mm) arranged in 8 rows with 85 cm beam clearance and 60 × 16 mm reversible points at 130 mm spacing, the Vario mixes soil and straw thoroughly. The double STS roller reconsolidates the seedbed, creating a finely crumbled, shallow, and firm structure ideal for seed embedding—all in a single pass.
